Currently we prepare shipments daily, Mon-Friday. We always choose the least costly and quickest delivery time to your destination. Please fully inspect your shipment, immediately upon its arrival. Any report of damages must take place within 3 business days of delivery. In the event that there are damages, please keep all original packaging. Digital photos of the damage would be greatly appreciated, as this will help with the damage claim. You can email damage reports and photos to email@example.com or call us at 905-465-5620, and we promise to either fully replace damaged part(s) or cover the cost to repair the damaged goods.

We do NOT accept returns after purchase unless the comfee cushion can NOT be used due to health reasons. In other words, If the intended user of the cushion has a pacemaker or a serious medical condition preventing safe use of the vibration therapy, we are happy to provide a full refund for the cost of the cushion at time of purchase. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the returning party. Please note: we don't offer a return policy because of sanitary reasons. We will not resell returned items because of potential contamination or contact with pet allergens, bed bugs, and smoking households after it left our facility or sales environment.
